We want you to be satisfied with the products you are about to purchase.

  • All prices are quoted in US dollars. We accept all major credit cards as well as debit cards. For your convenience, online orders can be processed securely by PayPal - we do not have access to your credit card numbers & we never see your credit card numbers. You do not need to have a PayPal account to place an order.
  • If you prefer to not use Paypal, you may place the order over the phone or download our credit card form, print it out & fill it in, fax or mail to us. You may send money orders or certified checks.  Email us for the exact price & shipping quote.
  • Orders are filled as received. Many items ship within 72 hours. Due to seasonal demand, non stock or custom order items may take slightly longer than normal shipment times stated -  typically 10-15 business days.

To receive the service & assistance you expect, please have the following information ready:

  • Year, make, model of your car -  to insure the correct part number is ordered. Some models had mid year production changes (as noted in our listings) & we might need more specific information.
  • Parts to be ordered and Color of material required
  • Your exact address, including Suite or Apartment complex number
  • A daytime phone number - at home or at work - where you may be reached in the event if we need to contact you. If there is a delivery problem or delay, the carrier will need to contact you.

We value your privacy. We are not telemarketers or distributors - we are the manufacturer. We do not sell or share our lists with anyone. We do not retain your personal information in our computers anywhere. Should you decide to order again from us in the future, we will need your personal information again. We keep strong sales histories for up to seven (7) years for warranty purposes - by order # or invoice # only.

Shipping :

  • All items are FOB Walden NY 12586, shipped using UPS Ground or FedEx 3 Day saver anywhere in the Continental 48 states.
  • We ship ANYWHERE in the world but need your exact address for shipping quotes outside the continental United States. Shipping charges on our website are for shipment within the 48 Continental United States only. Shipments outside the continental United States require additional shipping charges based on your address.
  • Shipments offshore or out of country, we use FedEx Economy, UPS, or USPS - we will quote you rates and delivery times for your choice.
  • Shipments out of the Continental US may incur local fees or duties, which are not included.
  • Transit time for shipment does not include the day of shipment, holidays, or weekends. FedEx 3 day Saver will deliver an order within 3 days after date of shipment anywhere in the Continental US. UPS will deliver an order within 8 days after date of shipment anywhere in the Continental US. Delivery times depend on the zip code or zone from Walden NY 12586.
  • We will email you the tracking number at time of shipment for your convenience.
  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address cannot receive a freight credit - see above for phone # request.
  • Occasionally we are asked if we will ship out of the country using USPS Airmail (www.usps.com) to save on freight. The answer is YES, but with exceptions. Shipments sent by US mail (air parcel post) are subject to dimensional restrictions.  Delivery may take several weeks and parcels are not able to be tracked readily. Shipments sent by FedEx can be tracked immediately through our manifest system.
