Due to the instability in the petroleum market, the price of raw materials used to manufacture our products has risen dramatically. Since August 2007:

• Prices of all petroleum products (vinyl, solvents, other petroleum based products used in the manufacturing of our products) - up 15+%

• In-bound/Out-bound cost of transporting these materials has risen dramatically through daily fuel expenses and "fuel surcharges" passed along by the carriers and trucking companies - up 25 - 30%

• Utilities (gas/electric) required for manufacturing our products - up 15 - 20%

At the bottom of every order form is the last date the prices were changed. Due to the frequency of price increases we receive from our vendors, we cannot quickly change our order forms.

Price increases are effective 7/15/2008. We make every effort to keep prices stable and competitive, but may not be able to honor prices or shipping rates on our order forms prior to this date.
