All items are made to order FRESH - not old stock folded in a box on the shelf. Depending on seasonal demand, most orders will ship within 10 business days following receipt of payment. As stated on all order forms - Prices are subject to change without prior notice Virtually all materials used to manufacture convertible tops and related parts are petroleum based, or impacted by unstable petroleum prices. Due to the frequency of price increases we receive from our vendors, we cannot quickly change our order forms. At the bottom of every order form is the last date the prices were modified. New York State residents are required to pay sales tax based on the county of residence. SHIPPING Shipping charges cover U.P.S. Ground shipping for deliveries within the Continental United States. In the event of multiple items being ordered, we refund excess shipping charges. All shipments require your signature upon delivery to confirm the condition of the items at time of delivery. For shipments outside the Continental US - send us your complete address and we will quote. We ship with the least expensive carriers. We use UPS and FedEx for most of our shipments for reliability and timely delivery. Both companies charge "fuel surcharges" within the shipping rates, and change weekly based on current fuel prices. We use USPS (postal service) due to customer requests for lower freight costs but there may be delivery delays, difficulty in tracking the shipment or other problems beyond our control. As always, we will gladly pass along any cost savings. |
è 8/1/2009 - Due to slow demand caused by economic conditions, Haartz Auto Fabrics has announced that they will discontinue inventorying certain colors of slow moving vinyl and cloth. These non-stock items are now "Special order" and require certain minimums to be produced at increased cost and delivery time. Certain vinyl colors or other materials may be temporarily out of stock.
